Scratch Patisserie is the loving creation of Greg and Angie Wilton.

A desire to bake traditionally using organic and local produce led Greg and Angie to start the patisserie in 2010.  Over the years, the business has grown from its beginnings providing market shoppers with fresh pastries at the Byron and Mullumbimby Farmers Markets, and wholesale pastries around the Byron Shire, to include a shop in Mullumbimby selling their range of specialty cakes, tarts and pastries.

With each new stage of the business the Scratch Patisserie family has grown, and now includes a great team of skilled traditional bakers and cheery front of house staff, as well as two little Wiltons who are a dab hand with the beaters.
