Our Story
A desire to bake traditionally using organic and local produce led Greg and Angie to start the patisserie in 2010. Over the years, the business has grown from its beginnings providing market shoppers with fresh pastries at the Byron, Mullumbimby and New Brighton Farmers Markets, and wholesale pastries around the Byron Shire, to include a shop in Mullumbimby selling their range of specialty cakes, tarts and pastries.
After 6 years of operating the retail side of the business alongside the continued supply to the farmers markets and various festivals and events, Greg and Angie decided to close the shop in 2020 and bring the business back to its original foundations.
Alongside a team of skilled traditional bakers and pastry chefs, they continue to bake their range of pastries, breads, and specialty cakes (to order) out of the same bakery and have returned their focus to the local farmers markets and a small range of wholesale clientele.
You can find their range of products weekly at the New Brighton, Byron Bay and Mullumbimby Farmers Markets; Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays.
