OUR FOOD

Everything at Scratch Patisserie is made from Scratch, using quality ingredients.  A passion for the trade and a love of simple, delicious food has always been fundamental in the creation of all our products from our crusty baguettes to our almond croissants and gourmet sausage rolls.  Ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible favouring organic, artisan and independent suppliers throughout Byron Shire with some products even sourced from the family property.
